Lately, one of my things has been barbeque. I've been studying it and I went a bought a smoker and have made some downright tasty things. Yesterday, I tried a new barbeque sauce. This one has a southwest flair as it uses chipotles in adobo sauce as a main ingredient. This is some good stuff. It does pack a bit of a wallop though. I like my food hot so it doesn't both me but I think the Mrs will find it a bit much. Still, it is some VERY tasty stuff.
