mmmm Chipotles

Lately, one of my things has been barbeque. I've been studying it and I went a bought a smoker and have made some downright tasty things. Yesterday, I tried a new barbeque sauce. This one has a southwest flair as it uses chipotles in adobo sauce as a main ingredient. This is some good stuff. It does pack a bit of a wallop though. I like my food hot so it doesn't both me but I think the Mrs will find it a bit much. Still, it is some VERY tasty stuff.

Barbecue is one of the tastiest foods you can find, and it is by far one of America's leading contributions to world cuisine. I am glad you have gotten into the flavor of barbecue.
